The Manny Ramirez saga continues

The Los Angles Dodgers are crazy to give so much money to such a selfish player. He bailed on Boston. What makes them think that he won’t bail on them? The Dodges fed into the greed of Ramirez and his agent. MLB missed a great opportunity to serve notice of who is really running the asylum. MLB salaries are already out of control and this contract continues that trend. As long as they keep operating w/out a reasonable cap, salaries are going to continue to climb. Ramirez is a helluva talent but to let him influence the salary structure (if there is such a thing) of the league is absurd. Los Angles should have asked Scott Boras if had ever heard of Latrelle Sprewell?
